Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or defective. In that rare situation you must contact us within 24 hours of your package being delivered or your claim will be invalid and no action can be taken.

To report a damaged or defective item email us at thejokrco@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Claims submitted after the 24 hour window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with The Jokr Co. you are agreeing to all of our policies including this refund policy. What you order is what you get — no exceptions outside of the above.

We take pride in the quality of our products and pack every order with care. In the very rare event something goes wrong we will make it right — but refunds are not something we offer as standard practice.
